Pricus legal are looking for a Legal Associate with hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a strong foundation in litigation work to join their team.
Eligibility: –
i Around 1-3 years of legal experience
ii Must possess good research and writing skills, and legal aptitude
iii Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.
iv Proficiency in written and spoken English.
v Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
vi Able to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriate.
vii Strong analytical and communication skills
viii Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, especially Word & Excel
