About the Internship
Legal Vidhiya is inviting applications for its 4-Week NDPS Drafting Internship Program.
Build practical expertise in NDPS law and drafting through live, interactive drafting sessions led by Adv. Nivedita Kundaliya. This internship is designed to provide hands-on training in drafting essential NDPS-related legal documents, with practical exposure to drafting techniques, legal procedures, and case-based applications.
Whether you are a law student, legal intern, or legal professional, this internship offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your NDPS drafting skills, understand practical aspects of the NDPS Act, 1985, and gain valuable experience through real case-based assignments and interactive sessions.

What You Will Learn

About the Speaker
Advocate Nivedita Kaundinya is a distinguished law professional with a strong combination of academic excellence, legal expertise, and teaching experience. She completed her BA LL.B. (Hons.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad, and pursued her Master’s in Criminal and Security Laws from Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, where she was awarded the prestigious RRU Gold Medal for securing the top rank in the 2023 batch. She is also a qualified UGC-NET 2023 candidate.
Nivedita is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at CMP Degree College, a constituent college of the University of Allahabad. She has previously served as a Guest Faculty at S.S. Khanna Girls’ Degree College and as an Assistant Professor of Law at Utthan–Shambhunath Institutions, contributing extensively to legal education, academic development, and student mentoring.
She has further strengthened her legal expertise through various Faculty Development Programmes and professional certifications. During her tenure as a Student Research Associate at Rashtriya Raksha University, she contributed to significant research initiatives, including the PAIF Research Forum for Gujarat Police.
An accomplished researcher and academician, Nivedita has presented research papers at prestigious national conferences and demonstrated excellence in moot courts, Youth Parliaments, and various academic competitions. With her strong knowledge of criminal and security laws, academic achievements, research experience, and commitment to legal education, she is dedicated to mentoring aspiring legal professionals and helping students develop practical legal skills and professional excellence.
