About the Competition
The 3rd Edition of the National Moot Court Competition on Competition Law, organized by the esteemed Quantum School of Law on 4th & 5th May 2024, presents an unparalleled opportunity for law students to demonstrate their acumen and advocacy skills within a simulated courtroom setting. This prestigious event serves as a platform for participants to engage in intellectual discourse and hone their legal expertise.
Eligibility
The competition invites participation from students currently enrolled in LLB and LLM programs across India. Each institution may nominate a team consisting of a minimum of two and a maximum of three students, comprising two speakers and one researcher.
Prizes
The competition offers exciting prizes to recognize outstanding performances:
- Winner Team: INR 11,000
- Runner-Up Team: INR 7,000
- Best Speaker: INR 2,000
- Best Researcher: INR 2,000
- Best Memorial: INR 2,000
Registration/Submission Procedure
Interested participants are required to complete the registration process by filling out the registration form given at the end of this post. Teams must adhere to the submission guidelines and provide all requisite documentation.
Fee Details
- Without Accommodation: INR 2000 per team.
- With Accommodation: INR 3000 per team.
