Details of the Job/Internship
KKR is hiring a Legal Senior Manager/Paralegal to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide support for legal entity management including dissolution process, preparing documents to be filed with US Secretaries of State, and other entity lifecycle management tasks.
- Interface with KKR’s third party entity management system service provider and outside counsel to provide guidance on legal entities.
- Monitor the ad hoc mail forwarding that KKR’s registered agents receive at their offices and forward to the tax team or deal team or discard as appropriate.
- Provide support for regulatory filings, including gathering documentation such as financial statements, governance documents, and other documents, and organizing them in a central location.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience.
- Experience in a multinational finance shared services organization, globally recognized law firm and/or private equity firm/alternative asset manager preferred.
- Experience with legal entity management, particularly in the US.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, along with excellent proficiency in English.
- Strong project management skills; desire to take ownership of projects and stay with them until completion.
