About the Job
They are looking for an associate who can immediately join the litigation team of their firm.
Eligibility
- PQE- 0-1 Years
- Qualification- LLB and preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council.
Responsibilities
- Drafting various commercial suits, civil suits, writ petitions, trademark cancellation petitions, copyright cancellation petitions, design cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, First Appeals against Orders etc.
- Maintaining deadlines and executing Court compliances.
- Drafting legal notices, responses to notices and other ancillary drafts.
- Researching and analysing case laws and judgments legal research engines on SCC, Manupatra on various propositions.
- Client interactions and coordination.
- Appearing before various Delhi District Courts and the High Court of Delhi, arguing cases and briefing seniors pertaining to day-to-day matters as well as assisting in the mediation process.
- Basic know-how of procedural aspects concerning Civil / Civil-Commercial proceedings.
