As deep fake violating the rights of citizens by breaching of privacy and also for famous celebrities which aims to degrade the persons life.
With the concept of Deepfakes it creating a Negative impact all across Globe as this is not a problem for any particular country but everywhere. Through the proper implications all over Country there should be several policy and programs should be made in order to reduce the crime of deep fake in Emerging Era at the international Level with the help of UN.
No Doubt it might be useful for modern Generation in the field of Education and Entertainment but sadly to say use of is more getting misused instead of proper use. So, it’s in us How we are using and what we doing over it.
As, it’s Human Nature People attract Negativity easily rather than positivity.

It is complicated by potentially malicious users who may evade and thwart detection.
In a social media/app context, consent can be obtained by doing something positive to indicate consent, such as ticking a box. There is no way to confirm aggregated consent and it is determined by user actions. Through the terms of use, consent can be obtained by continuing to use an application. In some cases, the person committed Suicide due to fake video been made with an intention to demand for huge money and in Case of Land acquisition also.
PUNISHMENT
If we talk about the sections, is made who are violating the rules and misleading and using the deep fake with intense to harm Individual dignity in the society and their life to live in peacefully as it is breaching of the privacy of Individual Which been done through the social media sites or in the social platforms.
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000
Under the section 66 D whereby defines if anyone committing malicious activity through the computer resources which cause cheating then under it could fine of 3 years of imprisonment or fine of 1,00,000.
Under the section 66 E which basically deals that if anyone violating the privacy by capturing or posting the nudity in the social media platform by replacing the image of anyone in the new duties and shows in the social media and post it through the applications of defect or AI then it could fine up to 3 years of imprisonment or 2 lakh fine[4]

No doubt with the implication of AI it helped students in all prospective either it is about education YouTube studies entertainment purpose or any kind of field aid provides every source in their students kids elder parents or every age of people. Basically it helps to the human with efficiency with laser time and to save the time for individual but has every coin has 2 sides through the deep field or emerging of the apes which mislead and creating a video or image which are fake but they are usually deemed to show that those videos are true and they make degrade harass the person through which it put negative impact on all over the society one of the most region is social media what we see we start believing that it might be true what we are observing what we are seeing but we must know to stop it because we are the one who making them final either it is about sexually things which get changed video through the help of a I applications which must prepared as the statement gun kills a person but I degrade the person we must know what to say in the social media data rather than just believing on the viral videos recent times we have witnessed a lot of viral videos through which published in the various websites which mislead to negative impact visit of air to use the social media handles properly as it is not the issues of India only it is the problem of all over globe which must be think in order to save the world from getting effect totally by the deep fake of AI.
