PLANET GREEN INFRA PVT. LTD is looking for candidate for the position of Real Estate Legal Executive.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Documentation: Draft, review, and finalize all legal documents related to real estate transactions, including sale agreements, lease agreements, and title documents.
- Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Title Verification: Conduct thorough title searches and verify property titles to ensure clear and marketable ownership.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes, including property litigation, and work to resolve issues efficiently.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations and ensure the companys operations comply with these changes.
- Due Diligence: Perform due diligence for property acquisitions and new projects.
- Liaison: Coordinate with government authorities, legal consultants, and external legal teams as required.
- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive advice to mitigate these risks.
- Legal Advice: Provide legal guidance to the management and other departments on real estate matters.
- Handling Registrations: Manage and oversee the registration process for all property transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork.
- Dealing with Landlords: Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords, ensuring all agreements and leases are legally sound and beneficial to the company.
- Customer Relations: Interact with customers to address legal concerns, provide information about property transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Education: Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. A Masters degree in Law (LLM) or a specialization in real estate law is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of property laws, land acquisition processes, real estate regulations, and property registration procedures.
Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
Professionalism: Strong ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with confidential information.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and resolve issues with landlords and customers effectively.
Technology: Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
