Details of the Job/Internship
ProCreator – Global UI/UX Design Agency is looking for candidate with 2-4 years of relevant experience for the position of Legal Associate.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various types of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure accurate and effective legal representation.
- Manage the entire legal process from initial consultation through final execution of documents.
- Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts and agreements, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with the organization’s interests.
- Establish standardised contract templates and processes to streamline contract management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards across all aspects of the organization’s operations.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory requirements and adapt policies and procedures accordingly.
- Manage and oversee litigation matters involving the organization, including disputes, claims, and lawsuits.
- Collaborate with external counsel to develop litigation strategies and represent the organization’s interests in legal proceedings.
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Provide legal advice and support in crisis management situations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; additional certifications a plus.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong Proficiency in English language (reading and writing).
- Strong ability to work independently and efficiently close assigned projects.
- Great understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Prior experience with the Corporate Legal team or a B2B IT work environment would be an added advantage.
