Experience :
Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years in Real Estate Law Practice (Law firm experience preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Title Due Diligence & preparation of title reports
- Independently handling projects and coordinating with clients
- Drafting & review of transaction documents
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law Graduates with strong communication and drafting skills
- Proficiency in both English & Tamil languages
- Chennai-based candidates will be preferred
