MVS Legal (Advocates & IPR Attorneys) is seeking an Associate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in IP Litigation & Prosecution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in drafting various pleadings for IP cases before various Courts.
- Making regular appearances before District & High Courts.
- Assisting in filing Trademark, Design, and Copyright applications, responding to office actions/correspondences, attending hearings at IP offices, and handling proceedings like oppositions, rectifications, etc.
- Conducting legal research and preparing brief notes, arguments, etc.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Minimum of 6 months of PQE in IP Litigation and Prosecution work.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
REMUNERATION: Negotiable as per qualification and experience.
LOCATION: C.R. Park, New Delhi (Nearest Metro: Greater Kailash).
