About the Position
The Senior Legal Analyst, Digital, AI & Contracts will work closely with the Digital & AI Legal, Privacy, Enterprise AI, IT, Cybersecurity, Quality, and business teams.
The selected candidate will support responsible AI adoption, improve legal workflows through technology and automation, assist with digital and privacy-related contracts, and strengthen governance processes across the organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
AI and Digital Governance
- Review AI intake submissions and risk assessment records.
- Coordinate AI governance workflows across Legal, Enterprise AI, IT, Cybersecurity, and business teams.
- Support responsible AI governance, privacy, and contract lifecycle management processes.
- Review and standardise legal notices used across digital applications, websites, and products.
- Assist in improving AI governance tools and processes.
Digital Transformation and Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve digital, privacy, and cybersecurity contracting workflows.
- Support automation and standardisation of legal processes.
- Use AI-enabled tools and technology to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Recommend solutions to improve transparency, visibility, and user experience.
- Support legal workflow modernisation and digital transformation initiatives.
Contract Administration
- Support the administration and tracking of AI, digital technology, privacy, and data-related agreements.
- Conduct initial reviews of designated agreements using approved templates and playbooks.
- Maintain contract metadata and records.
- Track contract status, obligations, and operational metrics.
- Maintain contract playbooks, clause libraries, templates, and guidance documents.
- Assist in preparing contract dashboards, analytics, KPIs, and reports.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve contract-management processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Experience in AI governance, digital products, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and generative AI tools.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage structured information across multiple systems.
- Ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
