The Office of Adv. Noopur Singhal is seeking a motivated and skilled associate to join the legal team. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with two years of experience in litigation. Key Responsibilities
- Represent the office before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NGT, NCDRC, and other judicial forums.
- Draft pleadings, appeals, applications, replies, SLPs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare case briefs, notes, and opinions to support ongoing litigation.
- Assist in filing petitions and ensure adherence to procedural requirements across various courts and tribunals.
- Provide support during court hearings, including preparing case files, coordinating with clients, and managing documentation.
- Handle administrative tasks related to case management, including maintaining records, tracking deadlines, and coordinating with internal teams.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Two years of experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to the Supreme Court, High Court, and Tribunals.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of legal procedures and court etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
