About the Speaker
Ritambhra Kalra is a litigation attorney based in Delhi with a diverse practice encompassing civil, criminal, and arbitration law. With years of courtroom experience, I have had the privilege of serving as a Panel Lawyer with the Delhi Legal Services Authority (DLSA) and have been appointed as a Sole Arbitrator by the Delhi High Court. I am also empanelled with Punjab National Bank, advising on legal risk and compliance matters.
My commitment to law goes beyond litigation. I actively engage in social impact initiatives and legal education, having conducted POSH awareness seminars across healthcare institutions and corporate settings, organized legal aid programs in Tihar Jail, and delivered specialized training to Juvenile Welfare Officers on statutes like POCSO and the Juvenile Justice Act.
Academically, I hold an LL.M. in Corporate and Finance Law from Jindal Global Law School, with research interests in Competition Law and Artificial Intelligence. I also counsel early-stage startups on GDPR compliance, data protection, and have worked with elements of the U.S. legal system, including defamation law and healthcare fraud litigation.
