About the Speaker

Ms. Rupali Sharma is an Assistant Professor in Law at Bahra College of Law, Patiala, affiliated with Punjabi University Patiala. She completed her BA LLB from Government Mohindra College, Patiala, and pursued her LLM in Criminal Laws from Punjabi University, Patiala. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD from the same institution. Since beginning her teaching career in February 2023, she has contributed significantly to the field of law, with a keen interest in criminal justice, forensic science, and human rights.

Rupali has conducted research on a variety of topics, including victim support strategies, data privacy, and family violence. She has actively engaged in multiple national and international conferences, presenting papers, and has published three research papers to date. Her involvement in the legal field extends beyond teaching; she has participated in various legal awareness programs, workshops, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs). Additionally, she holds a certificate in questioned document and fingerprint analysis, reflecting her dedication to expanding her expertise in forensic science.
