Mr. Gautam Jaiswal is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, United University, Prayagraj, where he has been contributing to the field of legal academia for the past 2.5 years. With a strong academic foundation and a deep-rooted passion for legal education and research, he specializes in Criminology, focusing on criminal justice and constitutional frameworks. His expertise and commitment have made him a valuable mentor to students pursuing a career in law.
He teaches a range of core subjects, including Law of Crimes, Human Rights, and Constitutional Law, with a teaching approach widely appreciated for its clarity, interactive nature, and real-world applicability. Through his engaging style, Mr. Jaiswal bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical legal understanding, inspiring students to think critically and analytically about complex legal issues.
Beyond teaching, Mr. Jaiswal has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, showcasing his dedication to scholarly growth. His research lies at the intersection of criminal law, constitutional safeguards, and human rights. Recently, he presented a research paper at the International Seminar on Disability Rights and the Constitution, jointly organized by HPNLU Shimla and Law Mantra Trust, where his work was applauded for its depth, originality, and sensitivity towards inclusive legal discourse.
