Legal Vidhiya presents a 4-Week Criminal Drafting Internship Program designed to provide practical exposure to criminal litigation drafting and procedural aspects of criminal law. This internship is specially curated for law students, interns, judicial aspirants, young advocates, academicians, and legal professionals seeking hands on experience in criminal drafting and litigation practice.
The program focuses on practical drafting skills through structured live sessions covering important criminal law documents, applications, petitions, and litigation strategies commonly used before Trial Courts and High Courts.
The internship includes detailed training on FIR Drafting, Criminal Complaint Drafting, Regular and Anticipatory Bail Applications, POCSO and NDPS Bail Applications, Domestic Violence Complaints, 498A Complaint Drafting, Cyber Crime Complaint Drafting, Protection Order Applications, FIR Quashing Petitions, Criminal Revision Petitions, Cheque Bounce
Complaints, Legal Notices under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Criminal Appeals, and Suspension of Sentence Applications.
Through practical drafting exercises and expert guidance, participants will develop a clear understanding of criminal procedure, litigation strategy, and courtroom documentation while strengthening their advocacy and legal drafting skills.
About the Speaker
Adv. Sakshi Aswal is a distinguished legal academician and intellectual property professional currently serving as a Law Professor at AAFT University, where she also handles Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters for the Fashion Designing Department. Combining academic excellence with practical legal exposure, she brings a dynamic and application oriented approach to legal education and intellectual property law.
She holds an LL.M. degree from O.P. Jindal Global University and has pursued advanced Intellectual Property training from globally recognized institutions including Harvard University and WIPO. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong foundation in legal research, innovation, and contemporary IPR practices.
Adv. Sakshi Aswal has also collaborated with reputed law firms such as Khaitan & Co. and IndusLaw, gaining valuable exposure to corporate legal practices and intellectual property matters. In addition, her experience as a Former Legal Editor at Manupatra has strengthened her expertise in legal research, content analysis, and legal documentation.
With a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring legal professionals, she focuses on bridging the gap between theoretical learning and practical legal application.
