The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) is the first university established in 1998 by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), a constituent of GGSIPU, aims to advance institutional expertise in the area of legal research and education.

University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS) under the aegis of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi takes great pleasure to inform you that the Indraprastha Law Review (ILR) has received encouraging response and the Editorial Board has successfully published the editions of ILR Summer 2020: Vol. I Issue I, Winter 2020: VoL IIssue II, Summer 2021: Vol. IIIssue 1, Winter 2021: Vol. IIIssue II, Summer 2022: Vol. III Issue I & Winter 2022: Vol III Issue II.

To contribute an article, legislative comment, book review or case comment for the Summer and Winter 2023: Vol. IV Issue I & II.

About the Call for Papers

Indraprastha Law Review (ILR) is inviting submissions for Volume IV, Issue I & II. Contributions to the Journal are welcome from all academicians, practitioners, and law students.

ILR accepts submissions on a rolling basis, subject to the preference for publication in the upcoming issue granted for those submissions made before the prescribed date, i.e. March 15th, 2024. We solicit contributions for the Summer and Winter 2023: Vol. IV Issue I & II in the form of article, legislative comment, book review and case comment.

Theme

The potential theme that can be addressed is “Addressing Emerging Dynamics of Corporate & Commercial Laws”. The authors can choose to submit manuscripts on any sub-themes relevant to the above theme.

All academicians, practitioners, and law students are eligible to make submissions.

Text Format: The length of the manuscript should not exceed 8000 words. Manuscripts shall be formatted according to the following guidelines.

Use of Footnotes: Indraprastha Law Review prefers footnotes (to endnotes) mainly because of the following reasons:
