Chapter submissions are invited for an edited book titled Protection of Trademarks- A Glimpse of Landmark Judgments.

About the Book

This edited volume, compiled by Dr Prabhdeep Kaur, an experienced corporate lawyer and professor at Amity Law School, Noida, provides an in-depth analysis of landmark judgments on trademark protection from both national and international perspectives. It explores key judicial decisions, and offers readers valuable insights into how courts interpret and enforce trademark laws while addressing new legal challenges in a globalized economy.  

The book covers a wide array of critical topics in trademark law, including the protection of non-conventional marks and trade dress in India, the USA, and the EU, as well as the role of trademarks in comparative advertising and character merchandising and covers the domain named disputes, cybersquatting, the exhaustion of trademark rights, parallel imports, protection of well-known marks, celebrity rights, deceptive similarity, unfair competition, infringement in the digital age, unregistered trademarks, brand management, global enforcement, emerging trends, and the transfer of trademark rights.
