COURSE SPEAKERS

Adv. Rimjhim Mathur

Adv. Rimjhim Mathur is an accomplished Intellectual Property Attorney practicing at the Rajasthan High Court. She holds a BB.A LL.B from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London. She founded ‘Rimjhim and Associates’ in 2018, representing major clients in the Rajasthan High Court and mentoring startups on IPR protection.

Shivani Gupta

Shivani Gupta is a respected law professional and faculty member at KGK PG College, Moradabad. A gold medalist in LL.M. Intellectual Property Law from IFTM University, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Law from Invertis University. Shivani has teaching experience, practical legal internships, and is actively involved in the legal community, judging moot court competitions and serving as a research intern at UNHCR.
