ABOUT SETH JAGANNATH BAJAJ MEMORIAL NATIONAL MOOT COURT COMPETITION
The Seth Jagannath Bajaj Memorial RNBGU National Moot Court Competition,
organized by RNB Global University, is a prestigious event that pays homage to the
legacy of Seth Jagannath Bajaj, reflecting the university’s commitment to fostering legal
excellence. This competition serves as a platform to enhance the legal acumen,
reasoning, and advocacy skills of law students while providing an engaging forum for
the exploration of complex legal issues.
With immense pleasure and honor, RNB Global University officially announces the 7th
Seth Jagannath Bajaj Memorial RNBGU National Moot Court Competition,
showcasing its dedication to advancing the goals of legal education and research. The
competition is designed not only to test the participants’ understanding of legal
principles but also to nurture a deep appreciation for the practical application of law.
ELIGIBILITY
- The Competition is open for students pursuing three/five-year L.L.B. Degree Course from
recognized Law College/University in India, subject to fulfilment of the registration formalities. - There is no cap on number of team participants from one university.
TEAM COMPOSITION
- Each team shall consist of three members. The substitution of any Team Member is not allowed
after completion of the final registration except in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of
the administrators. - Each team shall consist of two speakers and one researcher.
- Each team shall be provided with a team code by the administrators which shall be mandatorily mentioned in the top right corner of the front page of the memorials.

- Registration Started- 7 February, 2024
- Last Date for Final Registration: 1 March, 2024
- Last Date For Submission of Memorial In Soft Copy- 11 March, 2024
- Last Date For Hard Copy of Memorial Submissions- 15 March, 2024
- Inauguration Ceremony & Preliminary Round- 15 March, 2024
- Quarter Final and Semi-Final- 16 March, 2024.
- Final, Researchers Test and Valedictory- 17 March, 2024
Registration Fee
The Registration Fee applicable to all participating teams is One Thousand Five Hundred only (Rs. 1500/-) without accommodation &
Rupees Five Thousand only (Rs. 5,000/-) with accommodation.
Registration Procedure
- The final date for payment of this fee is 1st March 2024. The participants may refer the
Annexure-1 (Page 30) for the payment details. - To confirm participation, teams of every Institution should register themselves as per schedule
by 1st March 2024. Each team is required to fill the details in the Google Form for the purpose of

attaching the screenshot of the payment. - Each team will be allocated their Team Code after the confirmation of registration.
