About the Course Instructor
Vasundhara Kaushik is currently a Trademark and Design Attorney at Lalji Advocates. She started her career with IP Trademarks Clinic as an assessment intern in 2022 and has now been able to gain more than 1.5 years of experience in Trademark laws as a practicing advocate. She completed her BA LLB (Hons) from the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad and because of her keen interest in IP Laws, she further went on to pursue her masters in IPR from Amity University, Noida. She has been the author of various research papers in the field of IP laws, published in some notable journals. Because of her zeal and enthusiasm to expand her knowledge and share her experience in the field of IP Laws, Vasundhara also participated in various IP Training workshops, presented research papers in a few IP Laws paper conferences organized through various Legal institutions and organizations. She has also recently served as an editor of an upcoming book and as a speaker in a webinar on trademarks organized by a law firm. Vasundhara is now handling the Design department at Lalji Advocates, apart from being part of the Trademark Prosecution Department.
