The Certificate Course on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) offers a comprehensive study of the various types of intellectual property, the legal frameworks governing them, and their significance in fostering innovation and development. This course delves into the historical development of IPR, both globally and within India, and examines the roles of international organizations and treaties in shaping the IPR landscape. COURSE INSTRUCTOR
Dr. Kavya Chandel: Profile Overview
Dr. Kavya Chandel is an Assistant Professor at Integral University, Lucknow, with over three years of academic experience. She has previously taught at Amity University and City Academy Law College. Dr. Chandel holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, a PGDIPR from Rammanohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Law.
Her contributions to academia include judging competitions like Moot Courts and Debate Competitions, presenting research at national conferences, moderating international conferences, and hosting various events. Dr. Chandel is also an enthusiastic poet and marathon runner, having participated in events like Sahitya AajTak and the Lucknow Literature Festival. She is an articulate speaker who has delivered guest lectures on Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, and Sports Laws in India.
