About the Workshop
Legal Vidhiya presents a 3-Day Workshop on Banking Law, scheduled from 25 to 27 July 2025, designed to offer a comprehensive overview of the legal, regulatory, and practical dimensions of the Indian banking system. This workshop is ideal for law students, legal interns, judiciary aspirants, and professionals seeking a deeper understanding of how banking functions in India from a legal standpoint.

About the Speaker
Advocate Rahul Rajeev is a distinguished legal practitioner currently practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. With a strong academic foundation, he is a proud alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi—one of the country’s most reputed law institutions. Over the years, he has cultivated a sharp acumen in handling complex legal matters, especially those involving constitutional interpretation, banking law, and financial litigation.
His legal expertise is reflected in his wide-ranging representation, which includes acting as counsel for the State of Kerala in high-stakes matters before the apex court.
