With the intent to take a deep dive into the understanding and implications of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Webinar on “Everything about Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023″ is the first event under a series organised by the organisation titled Artha Vidhi Talks. The webinar will take place at 4 pm on 27th August, 2023, and Google Meet will be used as the platform for its conduct. The event features two experts.
About the Speakers
Mr. Aditya Jain, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India
Aditya Jain is an Advocate on Record at Supreme Court of India having 8 years of PQE in the Areas of Commercial Litigation, White Collar Crimes, Arbitration and Healthcare and Pharmaceutical. He is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar (2008-13) Batch and have pursued his B.A.L.L.B (Hons) degree from the same. He is currently managing partner at his law firm named J&G Associates. The firm works in the area of Commercial Litigation and Healthcare Business Advisory.
Mr. Prantik Mukherjee, Associate Consultant, EY
Prantik Mukherjee is an Associate Consultant at EY. He’s a data privacy professional and Certified Information Privacy Professional by IAPP and certified HIPAA Officer. He’s a graduate of National Law University, Visakhapatnam.
