The CBDT has notified new audit reports Form 10B and Form 10BB to be furnished by charitable or religious trusts and other institutions. The amended rules outline the conditions under which an audit report must be provided in either Form 10B or Form 10BB. The speakers shall explain the complexities of filing audit reports by Trust and NGO in the updated Form 10B and Form 10BB.

Manoj Fogla: He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Philosophy.
He has also completed a PhD from Utkal University, Doctoral Research on Social Accountability Standards for NPOs. He is an expert on Taxation, CSR, FCRA Governance, and Accountability issues.
Suresh Kumar Kejriwal: He is a practising-chartered accountant and founder partner of M/s. Agarwal Kejriwal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Kolkata. He mainly works for the NGO sector, and he has vast experience of more than 30 years. His professional working areas include India, Bangladesh & Nepal.
Tarun Kumar Madaan: He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in taxation. He has obtained a Diploma in International Taxation from ICAI and a commerce degree from Panjab University, Chandigarh. He specializes in consulting services to startups and NGOs in India.
