Those lawyers who are trying or produced illegitimate marriage certificates will see the repercussions for acting in that matter and the punishments will be given as per the rules of “ non disciplinary activities” The order was passed by the Madras High court to the Bar Council of Tamil nadu. Those executives organizations are given freedom to conduct non disciplinary actions on the charged lawyers.
The Bench of Justice Justice Mahadevan Dhandapani and justice R Vijayakumar Directed the lawyers that the marriages conducted in their Chambers are not legitimate and those marriages has to be registered as per Tamil nadu registration of marriages act ,2009 and the concern members have to show their offline presence in front of authority.
The High court in result of listening the statements started imperative statements to know” the ways by which the lawyers conduct marriages in their respective Chambers and organizations. The same situation arises during the matter of S.BALAKRISHNAN PANDIYAN VS THE SP, KANCHIPURAM. The high court held the decision against those lawyers who are encouraging and conducting the illegitimate certificates and producing those certificates to the concerned authority.
During this case the Ilavarasan said the marriage was done under the observation of kanagasabai and Balamurugan, the second assistant of state’s legal department, DISTRICT Trade Union, TIRUPPUR
