A Executive body’s decision on changing rules and regulations for organizing public meetings on public areas was not considered and it was suppressed by the Andhra Pradesh High court on Saturday.
The decision was taken to stop on all discussions which take place in public areas which violates the law stated by judiciary. The sitting team of C.J.I justice P.K. Mishra and Justice D.v.s.s Somayajulu delivered a statement stating that in india the discussion in public areas and protests are recognized and encouraged in the country.
Also stated this decision violates the privilege of political organizations or a individual to conduct public meetings and give their opinions on the functioning of government and on these right on some restrictions can be executed for some timeThe Judicial body also stated that “ The order imposes a non reasonable limiting the privileges of a individual and political organizations”.
The Judiciary also stated that “ The Andrapradesh High court is highly determined that the order is not resulting in the uplifting of laws and democracy so it being not considered and it is left on state domain to structure the valid rules and regulations by considering the law while making Reforms in this domain.”.
