The former vice president of apex court bar council and senior lawyer ADISH C.A. has been elected as the new president of apex court bar council to the diplomatic representation part of S.C.B.A as its chief.
The senor consultant was elected by overpowering three advocates and other four senior lawyer to be declared as victorious the runner up in this election was Advocate D. DAVE ,who was formerly the chair of chief since his resign in 2nd last year.
The Aggarwal got 668 votes in favour, And the Dave received 477 votes in his favour . Sr lawyer Ramesh.k.k(426), Ranjit.K (304) and Ajit .k.s (144)were the top 5 performers in the election procedure.
The vice chief position will be held by Sr Lawyer SUKUMAR.P of Apex court bar association. Election procedure is not complete and it is ongoing to the not declared results. The voting results in consideration of diplomatic organ was finalized yesterday.
As per Governmental reports statistics, 2208 votes were voted in yesterday’s poll at the apex court. Also seen almost 80% being participants being taking part. As there were 2800 participants being tough eligible candidates.
