About Smt. Kamalaben Gambhirchand Shah Law School

Seva Mandal Education Society’s Smt. Kamalaben Gambhirchand Shah Law School (popularly known as Smt. K.G. Shah Law School) inaugurated its 1st batch for BBA.LL.B in the year 2009 under the affiliation received from S.N.D.T. University. Climbing the ladder of success, the Institute in the year 2013 started its LL.B program. We at Smt. K.G. Shah Law School believe that “The Nation would grow only if female students are not denied the opportunity for education and are given the chance to pursue their dream.” With the vision of “Empowerment of Women through Quality Education,” the foundation of Seva Mandal Education Society was laid in 1957 with a mere strength of 7 students. This attempt to pioneer in providing a conducive environment for the highest possible standards of intellectual growth gradually expanded over a period of time, both in terms of the number of students as well as the programs offered. Today, SMES is successfully imparting education to more than 7000 women students on campus.
