Former President Donald J. Trump has won the temporary respite on a Friday. The billionaire, the favourite Presidential race candidate, has filed an appeal to halt his trial before the New York court.
The court proceeding has been conducted without the jury members but in the presence of Trump. The proceedings began on Monday following a surprise ruling from the judge Arthur Engoron late last month that there had been repeated fraud by the Trump Organization, and the ordering the cancellation of the business licence of Trump and his two grown sons Don Jr and Eric.
The ruling of the court marked the temporary win for the Ex-President Trump who faces the partial dismantling of his real estate after the September’s decision of Judge Engoron.

As a punishment the judge effectively revoked Trump’s licence for the operation of the properties. Trump has already appealed against Engoron himself, who has been a thorn in the side of the Trump lawyers for more than a year.
