About the Event
The International Day of Peace, observed annually on 21st September, serves as a vital reminder of our shared responsibility to strengthen peace, justice, and cooperation in a world increasingly marked by fragmentation and conflict. To commemorate this day, Nyaya Shastra, an organisation dedicated to legal education, advancing legal research, legal aid and meaningful dialogue, is organizing an Online Symposium to reflect upon the crucial role of law, governance, and collective human effort in building sustainable peace and justice. This symposium aspires to create an inclusive intellectual space that brings together scholars, practitioners, policymakers, peacebuilders, and students from across the globe. Through insightful discussions and exchange of ideas, it seeks to explore innovative pathways for fostering global solidarity and envisioning a more just and peaceful world.
Objectives

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions shall be made in both word and pdf format.
- All submissions are to be made via email at [office.nyayashastra@gmail.com] with subject line “SUBMISSION FOR SYMPOSIUM”
- Research Paper should be free from any error of grammar, spelling, punctuation etc., must be in English Language and only 10% plagiarism is allowed. Use of AI is prohibited.
- Font and Spacing – All written submissions shall be typed on A4 size paper; Font type – Times New Roman; Font Size – 12 & For Footnotes -10; Line Spacing – 1.5 & For Footnotes -1; Alignment – Justified; Margin: 1 inch (each side).
- Citations – All teams shall give citations adhering to the 21st edition of Blue Book.
