About the Conference

As we enter a digital renaissance, the convergence of intellectual property (IP) with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, and the Metaverse is reshaping innovation and creativity. These advancements challenge traditional IP frameworks. AI-generated content complicates authorship and ownership, while the replication of digital assets strains IP enforcement. Blockchain and the Metaverse further blur the boundaries of IP protection, making regulation difficult.

A balanced approach to IP protection is essential to foster innovation while safeguarding intellectual property. Effective IP protection ensures that advancements in AI and other technologies can thrive within existing legal frame works. Finding solutions to these challenges is vital for supporting creators in the digital age.
