Responsibilities and Roles
- Assist the company secretary or legal team in providing support for corporate governance matters.
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as filing of annual returns, maintaining registers, Minutes and updating necessary records with regulatory authorities.
- Assist in handling internal and external communications related to corporate matters, including communication with shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring changes and Conduct research on company law issues and provide inputs to the company secretary as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company-related documents, contracts, and legal agreements
- Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements
