Advocate Rajat Shandilya is a Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh and LL.M candidate at the Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies, Jindal Global Law School, O.P Jindal Global University. His area of interest is Criminal Law. He has had an experience in over 20+ National and International Legal Internships and Research Assistantships. Furthermore, He has more than 25 published papers to his credit.

Eligibility Criteria

4th and 5th year of the BALLB Degree course or 2nd or 3rd year of the LLB Degree course or LLM Students. However, law students from any year can apply.
Shall be well versed with various technicalities and advancements of law and shall have good command over legal briefing.
Shall have good command over legal research and writing.
Candidates with Sincerity and Dedication to the work and timely submission within fixed deadlines.
Candidates with long-term commitment shall be preferred.

Stipend

Candidates with extraordinary research and writing skills may also be considered for a stipend.
