V-Mart Exclusive is hiring a Paralegal Associate to join their Legal Department.

Eligibility

Education: Any Graduate/LLB
Experience: 0-1 year

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

Follow up and maintain records in the compliance tracker, including scanning and filing licenses and related documents (both digital and physical).
Maintain files and repositories for authority letters, lease deeds, legal cases, and licenses (physically and digitally).
Follow up, remind, and coordinate with stores and respective functions to ensure compliance and submission of necessary documents.
Support the Accounts and Treasury team department by following up on approved payments for licenses and coordinating with store managers for timely processing.
Provide administrative support to the legal team.
