- Position Title: Junior Associate (Legal)
- Reports to: Senior Manager.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualifications: LLB
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in Corporate Law (contract and company law).
- Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of company and contract law related to Tech Law.
- Familiarity with corporate development activities/projects.
- Proficiency in risk management.
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage legal matters for Dvara Holdings and its portfolio entities, ensuring robust compliance and supporting strategic growth.
- Ensuring compliance of corporate documents with existing legislation and overall corporate strategy through regular research and team briefings.
- Assisting with legal product/service structuring for portfolio entities and ensuring business models comply with applicable laws.
- Drafting and managing legal agreements and contracts, including thorough reviews and overseeing execution processes.
- Facilitating business strategy development and supporting corporate development activities, such as strategic alliances, corporate financing, divestitures, and intellectual property management.
- Strategically anticipating legal issues, estimating risks, and monitoring new regulations, laws, and judgments, advising leadership on their impact.
- Managing day-to-day legal affairs, ensuring seamless legal operations.
