About the Job
SAMVĀD Partners is recruiting for their M&A/ PE practice, at their Mumbai office.
Eligibility
- LLB (mandatory)
- PQE of 5+ years in corporate law
- Should have experience in handling due diligence, drafting, and negotiations for M&A and Private Equity.
- Law firm work experience (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Handling due diligence, drafting, negotiations and closings for M&A (domestic and cross-border), Private Equity, Joint Venture, Business Transfer, Divestments, etc.
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on general corporate matters.
