About the Internship

Hands-on experience reviewing IT contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Alliance Agreements, Vendor agreements, etc.
Conducting research on legal issues and advising internal stakeholders on the risks involved in transactions.
Provide advisory services to various HR functions.
