Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting the manager/senior manager in providing legal secretarial services to a range of non-listed client companies.
- Handling a full set of company secretarial documents and activities.
- Communicating with clients independently and/or under the supervision of the manager/senior sub-ordinate.
- Updating and maintaining records/information.
