About the Opportunity
Law Prep Tutorial, Patna is inviting applications for the position of Legal Faculty & Associate Head – Mentoring. The role is designed for academically strong law graduates who can guide, mentor, counsel, and support CLAT aspirants throughout their preparation journey.
The selected candidate will be responsible for academic mentoring, student performance analysis, legal awareness sessions, counselling, content creation, seminars, and coordination with faculty members and parents.

Relevant experience in law entrance examination preparation, teaching, academic mentoring, counselling, or student management will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to students regarding the CLAT syllabus, examination pattern, preparation strategies, and law entrance ecosystem.
- Conduct one-on-one academic counselling and mentoring sessions.
- Assess students’ strengths, weaknesses, preparation gaps, and academic performance.
- Develop personalized study and improvement plans for students.
- Analyse mock-test results, sectional performance, accuracy, attempts, time management, and subject-wise performance.
- Identify underperforming or irregular students and provide timely academic intervention and follow-up.
- Counsel and motivate students regarding study habits, consistency, examination pressure, and preparation strategies.
- Conduct classes and interactive sessions on emerging legal topics, legal awareness, current legal developments, and related subjects.
- Coordinate with faculty members and the academic team to improve student performance.
- Interact with parents when required and provide structured feedback regarding students’ academic progress.
- Create informative and engaging educational content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Develop content relating to CLAT strategies, examination tips, legal awareness, career guidance, and motivational topics.
- Conduct and participate in seminars, webinars, workshops, school sessions, and law-awareness programmes.
- Represent Law Prep Tutorial professionally during academic and outreach activities.
- Take complete ownership of assigned students and provide continuous academic guidance and support throughout their preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Graduation from a National Law University (NLU) or an equivalent reputed university.
- Strong understanding of CLAT and other law entrance examinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi.
- Good mentoring, counselling, presentation, and public-speaking abilities.
- Ability and confidence to appear in educational videos and digital content.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with students and parents.
- A student-first approach with strong academic ownership and professionalism.
- Interest in legal education, student mentoring, and law entrance examination preparation.
Remuneration
Remuneration shall be as per the organization’s standards and commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
