Dash Counsel is hiring Legal Assistant to join their office in Online Mode.
Role and Responsibilities
- You will assist in conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and maintaining contract databases.
- You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide administrative support to the legal department.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Essential).
- LL.M in a related field (Desirable).
- Experience with contract drafting, review, and management.
- Knowledge of how modern day tech works.
- Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools.
