About the Workshop

Mooting is the art of presenting an issue before the opposing counsel and the judge. It enables a law student to ponder complex legal issues. In order to inculcate this technique to the law aspirant, Kanoria School of Law for Women is organizing its 3rd National Moot Court Training Workshop in virtual mode.

The workshop is being conducted with the aim of providing a platform for upcoming lawyers where they can learn mooting skills. It is critical to engage with the bench, this requires good research work along with courtroom mannerism. Taking into account all these facts the course structure of the workshop is designed to impart overall learning about moot and mooting skills to the participants.
