Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting: Commercial Suits, Trademark Infringement Suit, Copyright Infringement Suits, Trademarks & Copyrights Applications, Franchise Agreements, Replies to Show Cause hearings, Infringment Legal Notice. Etc.
- Hearing: Court Hearings, Show Cause Hearings at Trademark Registry and Opposition Hearings
Eligibility Criteria
- Shall have good command on IPR law and Code of Civil Procedure 1908.
