- Has prior experience working for a law firm or solo entrepreneur (Preferred, not required)
- Resides on the East Coast of the United States (with EST time)
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and client communication
- Assist with firm operations and project management tasks
- Prepare, edit, and manage documents related to client intake and client communications
- Support event coordination and internal scheduling
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions on behalf of the Fir,
