About the Job Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Associate with strong English communication skills, a sharp memory, and a professional approach to legal drafting. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Criminal Law, Civil Property Law, Intellectual Property (IP) Law, Media Law, or Health Law, preferably within the jurisdiction of Thane and Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Draft a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, petitions, notices, and correspondences.
- Assist in case research, legal filings, and preparations for court hearings.
- Support litigation processes across criminal, civil, IP, media, and health law domains.
- Maintain accurate case records, legal databases, and documentation schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, legal firms, and internal teams.
- Liaise with police authorities, government bodies, and relevant stakeholders when required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in legal drafting.
- Excellent drafting skills with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to memorize, organize, and track ongoing legal matters and documentation.
- In-depth knowledge of court procedures, case law research, and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with legal protocols in Mumbai and Thane courts.
