Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Area Legal Manager. The Area Legal Manager will handle legal document preparation, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, provide consulting services on legal matters, and oversee various legal affairs of the organization. The individual will coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth legal operations and compliance with applicable laws.
Qualifications
Expertise in Law and Legal Compliance to ensure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting to draft, review, and advise with precision.
Experience handling Legal Affairs, including litigation, dispute resolution, and contract management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relevant to legal frameworks and housing finance operations.
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and possess excellent communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is an advantage.
Experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is highly desirable.
