We also look after RBI matters, FEMA, Approvals from various Regulators, Intellectual Property Rights, M&A, Securities Laws, FEMA, GST, NGOs and Government Department like RBI, MCA, Income Tax Authorities, ROC, RBI etc. And also represent our clients with various departments. Role Description
Job Posting: Company Secretary (1-2 Years Experience)
We are looking to hire a qualified Company Secretary for our Practising Company Secretary (PCS) firm. The ideal candidate should be a motivated professional with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in NBFC compliance, due diligence, ROC filings, secretarial and legal work.
Key Responsibilities
Handling end-to-end NBFC compliance (RBI filings, regulatory reporting, governance requirements).
Conducting thorough Due Diligence for clients, including corporate law and regulatory compliance checks.
Managing Companies Act, 2013 compliances – filing forms with MCA/ROC, maintaining statutory registers, ensuring good corporate governance practices.
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, resolutions, agreements, and notices.
Assisting with Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and Committee Meetings including preparation of agendas, minutes, and related filings.
Advisory support to clients on SEBI, FEMA, and allied regulations as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with minimum 1–2 years of professional experience (preferably with NBFC or PCS firm exposure).
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, NBFC regulations, ROC compliance, and corporate governance frameworks.
Skilled in due diligence, secretarial drafting, and regulatory reporting.
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage client deliverables.
Proficiency in legal drafting and research will be an added advantage.
Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and expertise.
