The company aims to providing the stakeholders, a platform, which replicates the current trade practices and provides enquiry to payment (End-to-End) solution to help them in conducting international business in a transparent and cost efficient manner.
Role description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Legal Executive with 3-5 years of experience. The position is located in Noida. The Corporate Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and carrying out conveyancing duties. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and offering counsel on legal issues related to corporate operations.
Qualifications
Expertise in Law and providing Legal Advice
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing
Knowledge of Property Law/Labour Law, Arbitration, Litigation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
Experience in corporate legal departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent
