Job Description for Legal Manager
Vetting of General Terms and conditions, Special Terms and Conditions for purchase and sale of products. ( Terms like Liquidated damages, Warranty /Defect Liability period, Indemnity, Suspension , Termination, Limitation of Liability, Changes in laws and regulations, Dispute Resolution etc.,);
Vetting of Confidentiality agreements, Advance Bank Guarantee, Performance Bank Guarantee and Indemnity Bonds;
Vetting of Rent/lease agreements;
Vetting of General Power of Attorney and Specific Power of Attorney;
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in LLB or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
Strong leadership skills
