Position: Legal Associate

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Associate to join our legal team at Thriwe. This role will focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of contracts to support business operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal risks
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across various jurisdictions, including but not limited to NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Service Contracts et
- Provide support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including risk analysis and contract interpretatio
- Develop and maintain standardized templates and contract management processe
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, sales, finance) to support Contract Lifecycle Managemen
- Provide legal advisory on a range of business operations including corporate governance, company law queries, labour laws et
- Manage disputes and work with external counsel when necessar
- Stay up to date with relevant legal changes affecting Contract Law and Corporate Practice
- Maintain and update the legal tracker and repository, ensuring all contracts and legal documents are accurately categorized to ensure access for internal stakeholder
Qualification
Ability to work collaboratively across various department
Law degree from an accredited law school
2+ years of work experience in contract law, ideally in-house or with a law firm specializing in corporate/commercial contract
Strong understanding of contract negotiation, drafting, and complianc
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skill
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmen
